Navigate to the Find a Provider page that is available under the Member Information menu to search for active Georgia Medicaid providers.

 

Looking for a publication?

If you are unable to locate a specific publication through the publication pages (Provider Manuals, Forms, Notices, etc.) please try using the Publication Search feature that is available under the Home menu to search for publications available on the public Web Portal.

 

Looking for a provider representative?

A list of provider representatives based on county is available on the Provider Notices page, found under the Provider Information menu. Please select and view the “Territory / Counties Assignments” for this list.

 

 

Providers registered to access the secure Web Portal are able to logon and access additional secure menu items. This enables registered users the opportunity to submit/view claims, eligibility, prior authorization requests, referrals, etc. Most transactions occur real-time, allowing the user to immediately review responses and submit immediate corrections if necessary. Registered users are also able to view their own reports and letters which includes remittance advices.
