Resolving Account Already Registered Errors

If you are receiving a message that the account has already been registered, try the following:

  1. Click the "Login" button on the User Information panel above. The user ID for logging in will be the member's Medicaid ID.
  2. If you do not remember the password, use the "forgot password" link on the login page to reset it. The user ID for the password reset will be the member's Medicaid ID.
  3. If using the "forgot password" link is unsuccessful, use the Contact Us feature or call the Member Contact Center at (770) 325-2331 or toll-free at (866) 211-0950 for assistance.
